摘  要:提出了一种海底油气管道裂纹漏磁检测的有限元分析方法。首先根据麦克斯韦方程组和三维有限元分析原理建立了数学仿真模型,并将仿真结果与实际检测实验数据进行比较,验证了该方法的可靠性。最后,通过仿真分析得出了裂纹的深度、宽度等几何参数对漏磁信号特征的影响规律,并给出它们的关系曲线。该方法为实际利用漏磁场分布检测海底油气管道裂纹提供了重要的依据。A finite element (FE) analysis method of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing in seabed oil pipe- line' s cracks is presented. Firstly, the mathematical simulation model for MFL is established based on the Max- well' s equations and 3D finite element theory, and then the simulation results of cracks MFL are compared with the experimental data, which shows that this method is reliable. Finally, the effect of cracks geometric pa- rameter, such as depth, width and etc, to the MFL signal characteristics are obtained and their curves are given too. So this method is valuable to offer a reference in practical crack' s MFL inspecting of seabed oil pipelines.
