摘　　要：本文以经济学的生产函数为基础 ,将水作为生产要素 ,建立数量经济模型 .以北京市为例 ,分析了北京市工业用水的边际效益、水的产值弹性 。Based on the production function of economics, an econometric model for analyzing industrial water use is established. In the model, water(or water resources)is regarded as one of the elements of production to be integrated into the function together with fund and labor. The water use in Beijing is analyzed as a case study.
