Vitapex根管糊剂与传统根充糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较Vitapex根管糊剂与传统根充糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效。【方法】对180例193颗根尖周炎的乳牙进行根管治疗,随机分成实验组90例98颗牙齿和对照组90例95颗牙齿。实验组采用Vitapex注射型根管糊剂,对照组采用传统根充糊剂。治疗后6个月和12个月追踪观察,对治疗效果进行比较。【结果】实验组与对照组治疗成功率,6个月分别为94.90%、85.26%,12个月分别为93.68%、82.42%,差异有统计学意义(6个月χ2=5.05、12个月,χ2=5.66,P均<0.05)。【结论】Vitapex糊剂用于乳牙根尖周炎的治疗可有效提高其成功率。[Objective] To compare the curative effect of Vitapex paste and traditional root canal filling paste in the treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth. [Methods] 180 cases including 193 with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were randomly divided into two groups：test group（98 teeth） and control group（95 teeth）. The test group was obturated with Vitapex paste. The control group was obturated with traditional root canal filling paste. The clinical efficacy was observed after 6 months and 1 year. [Results] The treatment success rates of test group and control group were 94.90% and 85.26% after 6 months（χ2=5.05 ,P〈0.05）. The treatment success rates of test group and control group were 93.68% and 82.42% after 1 year（χ2=5.66,P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Vitapex is successful and effective for periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.
