供电企业进一步拓展电费代收业务的分析研究

摘　　要：多年来电费回收难问题始终困扰着供电企业,电费代收业务的出现从一定程度上缓解了这个难题,但是电费代收业务还存在一些缺点和不足,不能满足供电企业营业日益发展的需要。文章通过研究电费收缴的现状,分析进一步拓展电费代收业务的可行性,开展电费代收业务的效果检验,在总结以往电费代收业务存在问题的基础上,探寻进一步拓展电费代收业务对策方法。For years,difficulties of collecting electrical charge had troubled power supply companies. Commisslonecl collecting solved this problem in certain degree. There still are a few problems in electrical charge collecting business that are slowing down the development of electrical power supply enterprises＇ development. By analyzing today＇ s electrical charge collecting situation, this article analyzed further development of commissioned collecting. By studying effects of commissioned collecting, summing up problems, methods were presented for further development of commissioned collecting.
