摘　　要：对10 kV开关柜断路器频繁烧损合闸线圈的原因进行了分析,判定为断路器底盘车内机械拉杆变形导致断路器机械合闸闭锁装置失灵,并从断路器的搬运、验收开关柜的制造质量等方面提出了相关防范措施。This paper analyzed the reasons of the closing coil frequent burning for the 10 kV switchgear circuit breakers,it determines that the deformation of the circuit breaker chassis mechanical lever results the failure of the circuit breaker mechanical closing latching device. From the handling of circuit breakers, acceptance of switch cabinet manufacturing quality and other aspects it proposed the relevant preventive measures.
