摘　　要：集中监控系统是变电运行人员操作、监盘、事故处理的平台,是保证电网安全稳定运行的基础,面对繁重的监控任务和大量的信息,如何做好监控工作,正确分析和处理异常和事故,防止设备损坏及事故扩大,是摆在我们面前一项艰巨的任务。文章就集控中心安全运行管理工作进行简单阐述。The centralized monitoring system is the operation, monitoring dashboard and incident handling platform for substation operation personnel, and the foundation to ensure grid security and stability, in the face of the arduous task of monitoring and a lot of information,how to do the monitoring work,the correct analysis and processing abnormalities and accidents, to prevent damage to the equipment and the expansion of the accident,is a daunting task. The article briefly discusses the safe operation and the management of centralized control center.
