关于单臂垂直伸缩钳夹式刀闸在北方地区适用性的探讨

摘　　要：近几年,单臂垂直钳夹式刀闸在北方地区已被广泛使用,尤其以220 kV和110 kV母线侧刀闸为最多。但伴随着垂直钳夹式刀闸使用年限的增加,受各种客观因素的影响,包括机械结构特点、环境质量及污染等级、设备老化、气候状况等,逐步出现了一些刀闸操作不灵活的现象,而且有逐年增多的趋势,主要体现在刀闸合入时合不到位,不过限位点,分闸时不存在这种情况。文章对于垂直单臂伸缩钳夹式刀闸在北方地区的适用性进行简要探讨并提出相应处置策略。The telescopic clamp isolating switch has been widely used in northern area, especially common on 220 kV and 110 kV busbars. However,after many years＇ operation,inflexibility problems occurred due to various reasons ineluding the mechanical structure, environment, pollution, aging and weather. This problem became severe year on year. In case of switching on, the isolating switch could not close tight, no problem occurred when switching off. This paper made brief investigation on applicability of such isolating switch used in northern area and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
