基于当前新的舆论态势下图书馆舆情信息工作对策研究

摘　　要：目前,全国上下各级领导和部门已经把舆情信息工作作为了解社会心态、社会舆论、社会情绪、社会思潮的重要渠道,作为分析形式、科学决策、指导工作的重要依据。图书馆为政府部门提供立法决策服务是其最主要的职能之一。文章根据现阶段社会舆情态势新发展、新变化,指出了图书馆为政府提供舆情信息服务主要应该掌握的重点,包括围绕中央和全省的中心工作、围绕社会心态和情绪、围绕社会思潮和意识形态领域、围绕新媒体开展舆情信息服务,提出了在目前服务的基础上,要通过加强组织领导、加强分析研判、加强选题策划、增强敏锐性等方面做好下一步政府舆情信息服务的对策。Currently, the leaders at all levels and departments across the country have regarded the public opinion information services as the important channels to know about social attitude, public Opinion, public sentiment and ideological trend, and as the important basis for circumstance analysis, scientific decision-making and work instruction. It＇s one of library＇s important functions to provide legislation decision-making services for the government. Based on the new development and changes of public opinion at this stage, the author points out the keys that library should grasp in providing public opinion information services for the government, including promoting public opinion information services around the central and provincial governments, around the social attitude and sentiment, around the social ideological trend, and around new media. At the same time, the author puts forward the next of providing the public opinion information services for the government from the respects of reinforcing organizatiohal leadership, strengthening analysis and judgment, improving topic selecting and planning, and enhancing sensitivity on the basis of current services.
