摘 要:提出把传统的P-S转炉改造为具有将燃料喷射进炉膛保温和固体还原剂从风口喷入熔池功能的还原转炉,创造弱还原气氛处理铜吹炼渣的新工艺。研究结果表明,该工艺能耗低,Fe3O4还原彻底,铜回收率高。处理50 t含Fe3O4为41%的吹炼渣,当控制炉温为1250℃、煤基还原剂输送速率为30 kg/min、渣中Fe/SiO2=1.25时,可将渣中的Fe3O4降至5%以下。工业验证性试验表明,用此工艺处理50 t含Fe3O4为46%的转炉渣,经过还原后弃渣含Cu 0.34%、含磁性氧化铁3.55%,铜的回收率为89.4%。The new process of modifying traditional P-S converter into reduction converter with function of in- ject the fuel into furnace chamber to maintain the temperature and solid reducing agent spraying into smelting tank from the wind inlet, which can create weak reduction atmosphere to treat the copper converter slag is proposed. The research results indicates that the new process has the following advantages:low energy consumption, high copper recovery rate, and thoroughly reduction of Fe304. When treating 50 t of copper smelting slag containing 41% Fe304 , under the condition of furnace temperature is 1250 ~C , transmission rate of coal based reductant 30 kg/min and Fe/ SiO2containing in slag 1.25, the F% O4 contained can be reduced less than 5%. The industrial replication experiment indicates that 50 t of copper smelting slag containing 46% Fe304, after treated by new process, the content of copper in the cast slag is 0.34% , F%O4 3.55% , and the recovery rate of copper is 89.4%.
