广西某膨润土矿的性能及工业应用研究

摘　　要：利用化学分析、X-衍射、扫描电镜、差热分析和理化性能测试等多种方法系统地研究了广西某膨润土的特征,结果表明,该膨润土矿为钙基膨润土,主要脉石矿物为石英和钾长石,蒙脱石含量为39.62%。沉降法分级后,-2μm粒级产率3.70%,蒙脱石含量为66.76%,其膨胀容、胶质价和吸水率分别为7.50 mL/2g,160.00 mL/15 g,331.94%。原矿各项指标达不到冶金球团用的钙基膨润土的最低标准,-2μm粒级的膨润土能够达到冶金球团用的钙基膨润土二级品以上的国标要求,表明该矿具有一定的工业利用价值。The characteristics of Guangxi bentonite ore are studied systematically through chemical analysis, XRD, SEM, differential thermal analysis and physical and chemical properties analysis, which shows that the ben- tonite ore is calcium based bentonite with quartz and feldspar as main gangue minerals, and the content of montmo- rillonite is 36.50%. After free settling classification, ore of -2 ~Lm particles is obtained with recovery of 3.7% , and montmorillonite content of 66.76%. The inflation index, gelling index and bibulous rate are 7.50 mL/2 g, 160.00 mL/15 g and 331.94% respectively. The index of raw ore does not reach the lowest standard of Ca-benton- ite for metallurgy pellet, however, the ore with -2trm particles reaches the requirements of the national standard secondary-class product for metallurgy pellet, which shows that the ore is of certain industrial value.
