摘　　要：保护平等就业权与反对就业歧视是"一体两面"的关系,平等意味着反对歧视,歧视也就意味着一种不平等。通过剖析当前大学生平等就业权受损的现象,发现在就业歧视中法律保护的缺失和不足,进而提出相关法律法规建议,以期对大学生平等就业权的保护产生一定指导意义。Protecting the right to equal employment and fighting employment discrimination is the two sides of a coin. Equality means protesting discrimination, and discrimination also refers to a kind of inequality on the contrary. In order to have a direction on protecting equal employment right. This paper tries to find out the deficiencies and shortcomings on legal protection of equal employment and then make some suggestion on relevant laws and regulations after analy- zing the damage of equality rights of current college students.
