摘　　要：文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对我国青年女足发展的现状进行了研究和分析。文章通过揭示我国青年女足在建设和发展过程中存在的问题并对其原因进行探析,为我国青年女足队伍建设的良性发展提出对策与建议,希望能够对青年女子足球运动的长远发展有所帮助。This paper analyzes the status quo of our country＇s young women＇s football＇s development by literature, questionnaires and expert interviews. By revealing the problems of our young women＇s football in the process of construction and development and analysis of the reasons, this paper provides strategies and suggestions for the team construction in order to be beneficial to the long - term development of young women＇s football.
