摘 要:目的建立清淋颗粒中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1 mol/L磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果大黄素、大黄酚进样量分别在0.041 0~0.246 0μg和0.091 0~0.546 2μg范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,方法平均回收率分别为99.42%和99.36%,RSD分别为0.27%和0.31%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速,两组分分离度好,其他成分无干扰,测定结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制的有效方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Qinglin Granules. Methoas The Hypersil C18 column(250 mm x 4.6 ram, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol 0, l mol/L phosphoric acid solu tion(85 : 15). The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear ranges were 0. 041 0 0.246 0 μg for emodin and 0.091 0-0. 546 2 μg for chrysophanol. The average recovery rates were 99.42% and 99.36% with RSD were 0. 27% and 0. 31%, respectively. Conclusion The proposed method appears to be simple and rapid with good separation of the two components and without interference of other components. The detecting results are accurate and reliable. This method can be used to effectively control the quality of Qinglin Granules
