当前学前教育专业发展面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：前学前教育专业面临着前所未有的良好的发展机遇。但同时也存在着一定的问题,如缺乏先进的学前教育办学理念,没有明确的本科、专科的办学方向,对实习环节缺乏细致、深入的研究等问题。因此,办好学前教育专业要有以"儿童为本"的教育理念,做好积极探索初中毕业起点五年制学前教育专科学历教师培养模式,以就业为导向,高质量发展学前教育专业,在学前教育的大专业下细化专业方向等几个方面的工作。从课程设置、教育教学、教学管理等方面进行一系列的改革,才能更好地培养出社会需要的高素质幼教师资。Now the specialized subject preschool education is facing unprecedented opportunities, but it also has some problems, such as lacking advanced education idea, having no clear education direction of undergraduate and college courses and without detail and further study of students＇ practice. ＂Children are the bases＂ should be our education idea. To run the specialized subject preschool education better, the following aspects should be pay attention to： 5-year preschool education college courses to those students who graduated from junior middle school be our teacher developing model; developing the specialized subject preschool education with the employment as orientation; refining the specialty direction under the main study field of preschool education. Only by a series of reforms of courses arrangement, teaching and teaching administration, etc. can we train preschool teachers of high quality that are needed by our country.
