摘  要:渠道衬砌冻害已成为北方渠灌区生产实践中亟待解决的问题。而稻壳具有多孔性、低密度、低导热系数等特点,首次利用农业生产的废弃物——稻壳为骨料制备混凝土,通过试验研究了不同稻壳掺量混凝土的导热系数。结果表明:掺入稻壳后,混凝土的导热系数大幅度降低,约为同等级普通混凝土导热系数的14%~20%。通过对稻壳混凝土衬砌保温效果的分析表明:利用稻壳混凝土衬砌渠道,有助解决像陕西关中这类微寒地区渠道衬砌的冻胀破坏问题。The freezing damage prevention of canal lining has become one of the pressing problems which should be solved in the production and practice in north canal irrigation areas. The rice husk has the characteristics such as porosity, low density, low thermal conductivity and so on. In this study, the agricultural production waste-rice husk is used firstly as one of the materials in the production of concrete, and the apparent density and compressive strength under dif- ferent rice husk amounts of concrete are studied through experiments. The results show that after mixing with the rice husk, the thermal conductivity of concrete would reduce in large scale, and is about 14% -20% of common concrete's thermal conductivity. Through analyzing the insulation effect of the rice husk concrete lining, it is shown that the rice husk concrete would help to solve the frost-heave damage problem of the lining canal in the micro-cold area such as Guanzhong area in Shaanxi.
