摘  要:针对安塞油田高52井区长10储层黏土含量高、水敏和碱敏性强,现用钻井液体系pH高、滤失量大、对储层伤害较严重的问题,从钻井液材料的选择及钻井液配方优化等方面入手,研制出了针对安塞油田长10储层的低固相"双保型"钻井液体系.室内评价和现场试验结果表明,当膨润土的质量分数为3%,FT-342的质量分数为0.3%,ZNJ-1的质量分数为0.3%,GK-0901的质量分数为2.0%,pH为8.5时,所得钻井液体系API滤失量在7 mL以下,马氏漏斗黏度在45~60 s,塑性黏度在10~20 mPa.s,动切力在5~10 Pa,岩心渗透率恢复率在78%~94%,平均恢复率为85.86%,可有效降低钻井液对储层的损害.Chang 10 reservoir in Gao 52 wellblock of Ansai Oilfield is characterized by complicated geological conditions,high clay content,strong water sensitivity and strong reservoir alkali-sensitivity.The drilling fluid used nowadays has weak inhibition factor,high pH value and great filtration loss,so it will damage hydrocarbon reservoir.For this reason,a drilling liquid system is developed for the reservoir.Laboratory evaluation and field test results show that when the mass fraction of bentonite,FT-342,ZNJ-1 and GK-0901is 3%,0.3%,0.3% and 2.0% respectively,and pH value is 8.5,the allocative drilling fluid system has less than API filtration of 7 mL,kinematic viscosity of 45~60 s,the plastic viscosity of 10~20 mPa.s and dynamic shear of 5~10 Pa.The recovery rate of core permeability is 78%~94%,and the average recovery rate is 85.86%,Which can effectively reduce the damage of drilling liquid to the reservoir.
