摘 要:2011年春季,对嫩江下游底栖动物进行了较系统的调查研究。结果表明:在嫩江下游共发现了54种底栖动物,其中水生昆虫36种,占总种数的66.7%;软体动物12种,占22.2%;环节动物4种,占7.4%;甲壳动物1种,占1.9%;扁形动物1种,占1.9%;各采样断面底栖动物的密度和生物量差异较大,密度的变化范围为0.04~4.2 ind.m-2,平均值1.766 ind.m-2;生物量的变化范围为0.0130~1.4880 g.m-2,平均值0.3496 g.m-2。聚类分析(Cluster Analysis)表明,嫩江下游底栖动物群落结构差异明显,组内相似性高,组间差异大,多维标度分析(MSD)结果支持了聚类分析结果。用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Simpson生物指数3个指标评价表明,嫩江水质处于良好状态。An investigation of zoobenthos community structure was conducted in the downstream of Nenjiang River in spring of 2011.The results showed that a total of 54 species of zoobenthos were found,including 36 aquatic insects(66.7%),12 mollusks(22.2%),4 annelids(7.4%),one Crustacean(1.9%) and one platyhelminthes(1.9%).There were significant differences in density varying from 0.04 ind·m-2 to 4.2 ind·m-2 with an average of 1.766 ind·m-2,and biomass ranging from 0.0130 to 1.4880 g·m-2 with an average of 0.3496 g·m-2 in all sampling sites.The hierarchical cluster analysis revealed that the zoobenthos community structure was similar within groups but distinct greatly among groups,which was confirmed by nor-matric multidimentional scaling(MDS).Shannon-Wiener,Simposon diversity index and Pielou evenness index approved that the water quality at the downstream of Nenjiang River was in a good state comprehensively.
