艾灸温肾养生法在慢性肾病治疗过程中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"艾灸温肾养生"法在慢性肾病治疗过程中扶正祛邪的作用。方法选取在2009年12月～2010年12月间,在我院就诊的慢性肾病患者80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用中药加艾灸治疗,对照组单纯使用中药,治疗周期为21 d。采用计分方法,评价血压、浮肿、疼痛、乏力、恶心等症状及各项检测指标的轻重程度。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后临床症状、实验室检查、生活质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "艾灸温肾养生"法具有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening the antipathogenic qi and eliminating the pathogens on chronic nephropathy treated with the moxibustion therapy for warming the kidney and health maintenance. Methods From December 2009 to December 2010,80 cases of chronic nephropathy treated in the hospital were enrolled and randomized into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, Chinese herbal medication and moxibustion were applied in combination. In the control group, the simple Chi- nese herbal medication was adopted. The period of treatment was 21 days. The scoring method was used to as- sess blood pressure, edema, pain, lassitude, nausea and the other symptoms as well as the severity of every de- tection indicator. The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups. Results After treatment, the difference in the total effective rate was significant statistically between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. In the treatment group,the scores of the clinical symptoms, laboratory examination and the quality of life after treatment were different significantly in statistics as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The differences were significant statistically in comparison between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The moxibustion therapy for warming the kidney and health maintenance achieves the good efficacy and deserves to be promo- ted in clinical practice.
