三黄益肾胶囊对维持性血液透析患者营养不良的作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察三黄益肾胶囊对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养不良的改善作用。方法将110例MHD合并营养不良患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。两组均进行规律血液透析,治疗组加服三黄益肾胶囊,治疗3个月,观察治疗前后主要症状积分、改良主观综合性营养评估(SGA)评分、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血胆固醇(CHO)等指标的变化。结果治疗结束后,治疗组中医症状积分、血清Alb、Hb、CHO及SGA评分与本组治疗前及对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄益肾胶囊可以改善MHD患者营养不良状态。Objective To observe the improvement in malnutrition for the patients with maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） treated with sanhuang yishen capsules. Methods 110 cases of MHD combined with malnutrition were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The patients in both groups received MHD regularly. In the treatment group, sanhuang yishen capsules were supplemented for oral administration for 3 mouths. Before and after treatment,the changes in the main symptom score, the score of the modified subjective global assessment （SGA）, serum albumin （ Alb ）, hemoglobin （Hb）, blood cholesterol （CHO） and the others were observed. Results At the end of treatment, in the treatment group, the symptom score of Chi- nese medicine, the levels of serum Alb, Hb and CHO as well as SGA score were different significantly as com- pared with those before treatment in the same group, as well as with those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sanhuang yishen capsules improve the healthy states for the patients with MHD and malnutri- tion.
