中西医结合治疗卵巢囊肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟方"韩氏妇炎汤"配合西药治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法将66例卵巢囊肿患者按完全随机化分组原则,分为治疗组和对照组各33例。治疗组予以"韩氏妇炎汤"配合西药治疗,对照组单纯西药治疗。两组均以14 d为1个疗程,共观察1个疗程。结果两组患者临床综合疗效比较:治疗组痊愈18例,显效9例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.87%;对照组痊愈5例,显效11例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率75.76%。两者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 "韩氏妇炎汤"配合西药治疗卵巢囊肿明显优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on ovarian cyst treated with the self- pre- pared hanshi fuyan tang combined with western medicine. Methods 66 cases of ovarian cyst were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the complete randomization principle ,33 cases in each one. In the treatment group, hanshi fuyan tang combined with western medicine was applied. In the control group,the western medicine was prescribed simply. The treatment of 14 days was taken as 1 session for the observation in either group. Results In comparison of the clinical comprehensive efficacy between two groups,in the treatment group, 18 cases were cured,9 cases remarkably effective,4 cases effective and 1 case failed;the total effective rate was 96.87% ;in the control group,5 cases were cured, 11 cases remarkably ef- fective ,9 cases effective and 8 cases failed;the total effective rate was 75.76%. The difference in the total ef- fective rate was significant statistically between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficacy in the treatment group was higher remarkably than that in the control group. There was no remarkable adverse reaction discovered in either group. Conclusion The combined medication of hanshi fuyan tang and western medicine achieves the remarkably superior efficacy on ovarian cyst compared with simple western medicine.
