摘　　要：政务网上办公系统面临着系统负荷过重、电子政务融合和现有模式无法满足日益发展的办公需求等问题,而办公系统的升级改造必须基于电子政务标准化。Government online office system facing the system overload, e-government fusion and the existing models can not meet the growing demand for office and other issues, while the office system upgrading must be based on E-gov- ernment standardization.
