摘 要:目的观察模拟潜艇舱室特殊环境对人眼对比视力的影响。方法 10名受试者在潜艇环境模拟舱内模拟长航工作生活31 d,在此期间,自第1天起,每3 d定期在模拟舱内对受试者进行92%对比视力、52%对比视力和11%对比视力检查,观察其变化情况。结果受试者在模拟潜航的前10 d,3个对比水平处的对比视力均有逐渐升高的趋势,但相邻2个阶段的升高变化只有11%对比视力由第4天的4.70升高到第7天的4.76,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);受试者在模拟潜航的第10~31天期间,对比视力呈现波浪起伏变化,92%对比视力的所有2个相邻阶段的变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05),52%对比视力的变化只有由第10天5.10降低到第13天5.02有统计学意义(P<0.05),11%对比视力的变化有2处2个相邻阶段的变化有统计学意义,分别为由第19天4.77下降到第22天4.73(P<0.05)和由第25天4.76下降到第28天4.70(P<0.01)。结论模拟潜艇环境短期内对人眼对比视力没有明显影响,在时间大于10 d后开始对人眼52%和11%对比视力产生一定影响,应加强艇员视觉卫生防护。Objective To observe the effect of simulated submarine environment on contrast visual acuity of submariners. Methods Ten subjects stayed in the simulated submarine habitat for 31 days. From the first day, the 92%, 52% and 11% contrast vis- ual acuity was measured every 3 days, and changes in the contrast visual acuity were closely observed. Results Contrast visual acuity of the subjects at 3 points tended to elevate in the first 10 days in the simulated submarine environment. However, for the elevated change in the 2 adjacent stages, statistical significance could only be seen in the 11% contrast visual acuity, which elevated from 4.70 on day 4 to 4.76 on day 7 (P 〈 0.05). During their stay in the habitat from day 10 to day 31, contrast visual acuity of the subjects fluctuated. No sta- tistical significance could be observed in the 92% contrast visual acuity for all the 2 adjacent stages (P 〉0.05). Significant differences could only be noted in the 52% contrast visual acuity, when it decreased from 5.10 on day 10 to 5.02 on day 13 (P 〈0.05). There was statistical significance for the 11% contrast visual acuity at 2 points in 2 adjacent stages, when it dropped from 4.77 on day 19 to 4.73 on day 22 (P 〈 0.05), and from 4.76 on day 25 to 4.70 on day 28 (P 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusion Short duration of stay in the simulated submarine environment had no significant effect on human contrast visual acuity, nevertheless certain effects could be noted in the 52% and 11% contrast visual acuity, when subjects stayed in the habitat for over 10 days. Measures should be taken for the protection of vision.
