应用中医络病理论治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探寻有效的根治慢性荨麻疹的中医治疗方法。方法设立对照组,通过临床治疗观察,比较观察组与对照组的治愈率、有效率、复发率和根治率。结果观察组从治愈率、有效率、复发率和根治率方面看,都明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用中医络病理论进行中医辩证治疗,所拟方剂对于慢性荨麻疹的疗效显著,根治率较高。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese meridian theory for radical cure of chronic urticaria. Methods Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. Through clinical observations, cure rate, effective rate, recurrent rate and radical cure rate were compared between the 2 groups. Results Patients in the observation group were evidently superior to those in the control group, in terms of cure rate, effective rate, recurrent rate and radical cure rate（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Through differentiation of symptoms and signs by using traditional Chinese meridian theory, the recipe prescribed seemed to have significant effect on chronic urticaria and radical cure rate was relatively higher.
