盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗外伤性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗外伤性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将74例外伤性眩晕患者完全随机分为观察组（38例）和对照组（36例）。观察组静脉滴注盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠0．1g，1次／d；对照组给予丹参注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖溶液250ml中静脉滴注，1次／d，疗程均为7d。2组均同时口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg，每晚1次。疗程结束后观察疗效。结果观察组与对照组的有效率分别为86．8％（33／38）、66．7％（24／36），观察组疗效优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．256，P〈0．05）。结论盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗外伤性眩晕疗效肯定，值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of buflomedil combined with flunarizine hydrochoride treating patients with traumatic vertigo. Methods A total of 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 38 patients of observation group were given buflomedil hydrochloride. The control group （ 36 casee） was given Danshen injection （20 ml） joined in 5% glucose injection （250 ml）. The course of treatment was 7 days. At the same time, both groups were given flunarizine hydrochloride 5 mg every night. Results The total clinical effective rate was 86.8% （33/38） in observation group and 66.7% （24/36） in control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Effect of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsular treating patients with traumatic vertigo is good and safe.
