摘  要:从金属切削成形原理角度出发,结合直线度、直线与直线平行度的定义,分析机床导轨几何误差对零件加工精度的影响,与传统教材有所区别,并认为本文的讲授方法更合理、更清楚。并且认为在讲授机床导轨误差对加工精度的影响时,以讲授导轨与主轴轴线平行度误差对加工精度的影响为主,以讲授导轨直线度误差对加工精度的影响为辅,更有利于学生学习和理解。Joining the definition of straightness and parallelism, the paper starts from the forming principle of metal cutting, concluding the affect of machining precision by the geometric error of the machine tool guide. It is different from the tradition explaining method. This method is considered more reasonable and more clearly. At the same time, it is suggested that the influence of the machining precision by the error of parallelism between the guide and spindle axis is instructed, the influence of the machining precision by the error of the guide straightness is not instructed. The teaching method is considered more advantageous for thestudents study.
