摘　　要：多数文献探讨研究生的创新素质培养问题,而评判是教育者必须面对的。建立研究生创新素质的评判指标、二级模糊综合评判模型,辅之卡特尔16pf人格因素测验方法,使得评判更科学、客观,更有针对性,以期改进"木桶理论"中的"短板问题"。The most literature discuss the question of postgraduates＇ innovation quality raise, but appraises are the pedagogue must face.
