开展优质护理服务对烟雾病患者围术期护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的通过落实优质护理服务各项举措提高烟雾病患者围术期的护理质量。方法对解放军军事医学科学院附属医院神经外科2010年8-11月的223例烟雾病住院患者落实优质护理服务内容,强化护士专业思想与专科理论学习和实践,实行组长负责制,对患者进行围术期的健康宣教;患者出院时通过调查表统计其对自身病情了解的程度和对护士术前教育、术前准备、术后护理、康复训练教育的满意情况。将统计结果与2009年8-11月份的171例烟雾病住院患者调查结果进行比较分析。结果 2010年开展优质护理服务以来,烟雾病患者对自身病情了解情况有所提高,围术期配合良好,对护士服务质量的满意率亦明显提高。结论开展优质护理服务,实行护士包干患者的护理管理方式,让患者对病情得到充分了解,积极配合医护人员的工作,提高了对护理质量的满意度,有助于患者病情的康复。Objective To elevate the perioperative nursing quality of patients with moyamoya disease by the implementation of high quality nursing service Methods For 223 patients with moyamoya disease who were discharged from August to October 2010,a series procedures for high quality nursing service were implemented concerning enhanced ideological and study and practice of specialist nursing theories, the implementation team leader responsibility system and perioperative health education for patients. The patients at discharge were surveyed on their awareness of the conditions and the satisfaction of preoperative education of nurses, preoperative preparation, postoperative care and rehabilitation education. Comparisons were conducted on the statistical outcomes of the patients discharged from from August to October 2010 and 171 patients discharged from from August to October 2009. Results After the implementation of high quality nursing service in 2010, patients with moyamoya disease significantly improved their awareness on their conditions, with better perioperative cooperation and elevated satisfaction on nursing service. Conclusion High quality nursing service combined with nurse responsibility help patients with moyamoya disease to enhance professional knowledge,actively cooperate with health professionals, improve patients＇ satisfaction on the quality of perioperative nursing and contribute to early rehabilitation.
