摘　　要：在医疗保险中引入谈判机制有助于打破医药卫生市场现有的不合理均衡,使医药供方单位和企业重新选择自己的战略决策,最终实现整体福利改善和效率提升。博弈论的原理和观点能有效地阐述医疗保险谈判机制的运行机理,为医疗保险谈判内容设计提供有益指导。It helps to break the existing unreasonable medical and health market equilibrium for medical insurance introducing the negotiation mechanism, pharmaceutical supplier units and enterprises will change to choose their new strategic decisions, thus the overall welfare improvement and efficiency enhancement will finally be achieved. The principle of game theory and viewpoint directly and effectively describes the negotiation mechanism operation mechanism and significance.
