摘　　要：如何通过承接产业转移推动地方转型发展,需要分析境外资本向我国转移的态势与效应,也需要把握境内产业转移的态势和本地特点。就马鞍山承接产业转移的工作来看,有十个方面有待加强和改进。How to undertake industrial transfer promoting local transformation and development need to analyze the trend and the effect of the transfer of foreign capital to China also needs to grasp the situation and local characteristics of the territory of industrial transfer.Ma＇anshan industries to relocate work the ten areas needs to be strengthened research and improvement.
