摘　　要：我国乳品行业分布广,相应的乳品废水排放量逐年增大,废水有机物含量高,乳品废水处理的研究越来越受到重视。本文就目前国内外乳品废水的一些处理方法和工艺进行综述,重点介绍了国外乳品废水处理、回用与资源化方面的研究成果。Dairy industries were distributed widely in China and resulting wastewater discharge volume increased every year. Dairy wastewater was characterized by high organic matter content, so treatment of these wastewaters was attached growing importance. A review with regards to treatment methods and process of dairy wastewater, and some foreign study development of treatment, reuse and cycling resources of wastewater were presented.
