摘　　要：本文分析了大学生职业生涯规划的基本内涵,简要概述了当前国内从心理学视角开展大学生职业生涯规划研究,指出了今后的研究方向,指出加强职业生涯规划的心理学研究将为大学生职业辅导教育、健全大学生就业机制注入新的活力。This paper briefly analyzes the basic connotation of college students＇ career planning,reviews the current domestic psychological study of career planning of the college students,and points out the future research orientation.The strengthening of career planning of psychological research will inject new vitality for guidance education for college students,and improve college students＇ employment mechanism.
