摘　　要：建设工程合同作为《合同法》分支下一有名合同,受《合同法》基本原则调整,因此由合同法基本原则的法理意义反观建设工程合同管理中存在的问题,对规范建设行业行为有理论和实践双重意义。The construction project contract,as a famous contract in ＂Contract Law＂,is adjusted by the basic principles of ＂Contract Law＂,therefore,to observe the problems in construction project contacts with the legal significance of the basic principles of contract law is of both theoretically and practically significances to the standardization of construction industry behaviors.
