摘 要:许多油气田在开发中后期都会面临储层压力衰竭问题,孔隙压力的降低将导致水平地应力大小和方位均发生变化,进而会影响定向井的井壁稳定性。利用某油田储层的岩石力学参数,计算了压力衰竭前后水平地应力大小和方位的变化,分析了定向井钻井过程中井壁失稳风险分布规律。结果表明,就定向井安全钻井方位而言,考虑孔隙压力衰竭对地应力方位的影响,与过去未考虑该因素时得出的结论相比有较大差异。研究结果可以为压力衰竭油气田的定向井钻井设计提供参考。Many oil and gas fields faced pressure depletion problem during later stage of development.The pressure depletion can cause both the magnitude and orientation change of in-situ stress,and has further influences on the wellbore stability of directional well.This paper calculated and analyzed the magnitude and the orientation change of in-situ stress before and after pressure depletion using rock mechanics parameter of certain oilfield,and the laws of wellbore unstability were analyzed during drilling directional well.Calculation results showed that there was a relative large difference in the safe-drilling orientation between with and without consideration of in-situ stress azimuth change caused by pressure depletion.The research conclusions could provide reference for drilling design of directional well in depleted reservoirs.
