摘 要:针对九龙山构造前期开发过程中存在的井漏严重、机械钻速低、钻井周期长的问题,结合九龙山地质条件,提出了两套气体钻井提速方案。通过这两套方案,九龙山构造气体钻井技术共应用39井、46井次,总进尺66466.97m,单井平均进尺1704.29m,占全井井深的42%,平均钻速17.53m/h,是钻井液钻井的5.69倍,同井段钻井周期由39d缩短到8d,节约时间1个月。对比两种方案,方案二延长了气体钻井进尺,提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,更能充分发挥气体钻井优势。建议在尽量减小事故复杂、组织停等的基础上,推广应用方案二,以加快了九龙山构造勘探开发进程。According to the geological conditions of Jiulongshan area,two air drilling proposals for solving lose circulation and the low ROP were put forward.The two air drilling technologies were applied in 39 wells,the total footage was 66466.97m,the average footage of single well was 1704.29m,the average ROP was 17.53m/h and was 5.69 times as fast as that one by mud drilling,the drilling cycle in same well section was shortened from 39 days to 8 days.Comparing the two kinds of schemes,the second schemes could increase the footage and enhance the ROP,shorten the drilling period,and fully give play to the gas drilling advantage.In order to quicken the exploration and development progress of Jiulongshan area,the second schemes was worth popularizing and applying.
