摘  要:首次采用国产裸眼水平井分段压裂工具对"低渗、低压、低丰度"的三低苏里格气田SU-H1井进行了分10段的大规模压裂作业,压后气井产量20×104m3/d,无阻流量316.2×104m3/d,完全实现了国产工具多级分段压裂的整体配套技术。考虑裸眼井壁应力集中及周向应力变化的基础上提出双向起裂的裸眼水平井压裂概念,以双向改造理论为基础并结合地应力方向提出单、双封组合卡层分段的理念,考虑渗透率对裂缝泄流控制半径的基础上提出不同储层的压裂段数优化数量,考虑裂缝参数的基础上提出单段加砂量和总砂量优化的压裂气井产能设计方法,最终提出以产量20×104m3/d为目标的不同渗流率储层的优化设计方法。实例证明国产裸眼分段压裂工具性能可靠、文中建立的分段压裂理论正确、形成的优化设计方法有效。The domestic fracturing tools were applied firstly in staged fracturing of Su 75-70-6H well with low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.After fracturing,the gas well production was 20×104m3/d,open-flow capacity was 316.2×104m3/d.The matching technologies of staged fracturing were formed by using domestic fracturing tools.Considering the open hole wall stress concentration and circumferential stress variation,the concept of open hole horizontal well two-way fracturing was put forward.Based on the two-way transformation theory and combining with the stress direction,the concept of single and double-zone sealing staged fracturing was proposed.Considering the control of permeability to the fracture flushflow radius,the amount of staged fracturing was optimized in different reservoir.Based on the fracture parameters,the optimization design method of open hole horizontal well staged fracturing was analyzed.The application results showed that the performance of domestic staged fracturing tool was reliable,formed staged fracturing theories were accurate and the optimal design method was effective.
