摘  要:针对一起圆螺纹套管脱扣事故和一起偏梯形螺纹套管脱扣事故,采用理论与试验相结合的方法,对套管和接箍进行了宏观分析、尺寸检测和材质理化性能检验,对同批次套管试样进行了螺纹参数测量和实物试验,对试验结果进行了综合分析。结果表明,在套管质量满足标准要求的情况下上扣不到位或上扣扭矩过小容易导致套管脱扣失效的发生,同时文章建议采取控制上扣扭矩同时控制上扣位置的方法进行上扣,另外文章也说明螺纹接触处的显微组织比较分析法是分析套管是否上扣到位的一个重要手段。Aiming at a round thread casing dropout case and a buttress thread casing connection pullout case,the macroscopic analysis and dimension measurement of casings and couplings were done and their material's physical and chemical properties were checked.At the same time,thread parameter inspection and full-scale tests were done for casing simples that are same lot.The test results were analyzed comprehensively.Two cases results showed that casing connection dropout may take place if make-up location can't reach standard location or make-up torque is too little while the quality of casing and coupling are in accordance with corresponding standards.It was recommended that make-up operation should be carried out under control combining make-up torque with make-up position,and the microstructure comparison analysis method on contact surface of thread is an important means to analyze casing dropout case.
