文蛤主要弧菌性病害研究进展

摘　　要：文蛤是一种食药用价值极高的海洋经济贝类,但由于养殖规模的扩张和沿海滩涂环境的逐渐恶化,近年频繁发生暴发性死亡病害,损失严重,病害已成为文蛤养殖的重要限制因素。通过归纳分析近年来相关研究文献,对副溶血弧菌、弗尼斯弧菌、溶藻弧菌等引起文蛤主要弧菌性病害的病原体、流行病学、组织病理学、检测技术和防治方法等进行综合评述,为及时了解当前文蛤细菌性疾病的研究概况和发展趋势以采取有效的措施防治疾病提供参考。The clam Meretrix meretrix is an important commercial mollusk in China.With the development of artificial breeding,Meretrix meretrix suffer eruptive epidemic disease in coast of China frequently,which cause enormous economic loss,and the diseases has been the constraint of hard clam farming.The paper summarized the research progress on the typical symptom,etiology,pathology,detective technology,prevention and treatment of vibriosis caused by main vibrio strains such as Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio furnissii,Vibrio alginolyticus.This assessment could provide references to reduce the outbreaking of calm eruptive epidemic disease and control specific bacterial disease,and benefit for hard calm aquaculture and bacterial diseases prevention and treatment.
