摘　　要：伴随着高等教育大众化程度的不断提高,大学生的就业形势日益严峻,受到了社会的广泛关注。本文从职业规划的角度分析了大学生就业的现状与困境,提出职业生涯规划对大学生就业的重大影响和深远意义,希望为提高大学生就业竞争力提供绵薄之力。Along with the continuous improvement of mass higher education,the employment situation has been more and more serious and arisen widespread concern in society.After analyzing the current situation and plight of graduates＇ employment from the perspective of career planning,this paper summarized the significant impact and profound meaning of occupation career planning on students＇ employment,which hope could improve the competitiveness of graduates＇ employment.
