摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对早期输卵管妊娠和妊娠黄体的诊断价值,提高早期输卵管妊娠的检出率。方法对110例早期输卵管妊娠包块与113例妊娠黄体的二维和彩色多普勒图像进行对比分析。结果早期输卵管妊娠包块与妊娠黄体在二维和彩色多普勒图像、周围有无小卵泡、血流分布情况、子宫内膜厚度等几方面均存在差异。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声能有效鉴别早期输卵管妊娠和妊娠黄体,具有重要的临床鉴别诊断价值,可作为首选的医学影像检查方法。Objective To investigate the diagnosis value oftransvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum of pregnancy, and increase the detection rate of early tubal pregnancy. Methods Two-di- mensional and color Doppler images of II0 cases of early tubal pregnancy mass and 113 cases of corpus luteum of pregnancy were analyzed. Results There were differences between mass of early tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum of pregnancy in two-dimensional and color Doppler images, with or without the small follicles, the distribution of blood flow, endometrial thickness. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can effectively identify earlytubal pregnancy and corpus luteum of pregnancy, with important value of clinical diagnosis, and can be used as the preferred method of medical imaging.
