不同内固定技术治疗骨盆环损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察不稳定性骨盆环骨折微创与开放复位内固定手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 2005年6月至2011年6月手术完成不稳定性骨盆环骨折58例,按Tile分型:B型32例,C型26例。微创内固定组40例,用空心螺钉内固定骨盆环;开放复位内固定组18例,用钢板固定骨盆环。结果全部病例获得随访,按Majeed功能恢复评价表评价,优良:微创内固定组92.5%;开放复位组88.9%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论只要掌握好手术适应证,采用微创或开放复位内固定术,不稳定性骨盆环骨折均能取得较好疗效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of treating pelvic ring fracture with open reduction and minimally invasive surgical internal fixation. Methods Fifty-eight patients of pelvic ring fracture in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2011 were enrolled in this study. According to the Tile classification, there were 32 cases of type B, 26 cases of type C. Forty patients （group A） were treated with minimally invasive surgical internal fixation, and 18 patients （group B） received open reduction internal fixation with reconstruction plate. Results All the patients were followed up. According to Majeed, the excellent and good rate was 92.8% in group A and 90.9% in group B, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic ring fracture, good curative effect can be achieved with both open reduction and minimally invasive surgical internal fixation, on the precondition of proper mastering of the surgical indications.
