对欧洲中世纪文学“断裂”说的质疑

摘　　要：在古代希腊、罗马文学与文艺复兴文学之间 ,是否存在着文学断裂现象 ?欧洲古代文化的继承性是否被割断 ?本文从三个不同角度探讨了上述问题 ,认为中世纪文化是古代文化、基督教文化和日耳曼文化的综合 ;中世纪文学是古代文学、宗教文学和民间文学的综合 ,从而对“断裂”Was there a “Break” among the literature of Ancient Greece,Rome and Renaissance? Was the inheritance of ancient European culture severed? This theme probes into the above-mentioned questions from three different angles, considers that the literature of Middle Ages was a synthesis of ancient culture, Christian culture and Germanic culture,and also a synthesis of ancient literature, Leligious literature and folk literature. So, this theme raises a query to the “Break” theory.
