生物反馈技术在脑卒中吞咽障碍伴认知异常患者康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察生物反馈技术在脑卒中吞咽障碍伴认知异常患者康复中的应用效果。方法将35例脑卒中吞咽障碍合并认知异常患者分为观察组18例、对照组17例,两组均予吞咽功能训练、认知训练,观察组在此基础上给予生物反馈治疗。应用洼田饮水试验评价疗效。结果观察组康复训练后总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率52.9%,两组比较,x2=7.884,P<0.01。结论生物反馈技术能提高脑卒中吞咽障碍伴认知异常患者的康复效果。Objective To study the effect of hio--feedback technique on rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia and cognitive abnormality. Method Divide 35 stroke patients with dysphagia and cognitive abnormality into observation group （n=18and control group （n= 17）. Patients in two groups all receive swallowing function training and cognition training. Patients in observation receive bio-feedback therapy based on routine therapy. Assess the result by water swallow test. Result The total effective rate after rehabilitation training is 94. 9%in observation group and 52. 9% in control group （χ2 =7. 884,P〈. 01）. Conclusion No--feedback technique can improve the rehabilitation result of stroke patients with dysphagia and cognitive abnormality.
