少数民族流动人口城市适应状况的调查分析——以安徽省合肥市为例

摘　　要：以合肥市为例,采用深度访谈、参与观察、座谈会等方法,对流入合肥的少数民族人口进行调查,探讨城市少数民族流动人口在物质、制度、社会以及精神四个方面城市适应的基本状况。认为城市在适应少数民族流动人口时表现较好;少数民族流动人口城市适应在物质与制度层面较好,在社会与心理适应层面存在某些问题;少数民族流动人口的城市适应处在由低级向中高级转变阶段。This paper discusses the current situation of floating population of ethnic minority adapting to urban life in Hefei. The adaption phenomenon is shown in four aspects： substance guarantee, system making, social and psychological problems. This paper comes to the conclusion that： first, the governor of urban has played a good role on the floating population of ethnic minority adapting to unl^ar life. Second, the floating population of ethnic minority performs well in substance guarantee and system making; there are still some social and psychological problems. Finally, floating population of ethnic minority adapting to the Metropolis life is advancing from a lower stage to a higher stage.
