摘　　要：目的:检测血浆D-二聚体、凝血酶原片段F1+2及凝血因子VII在慢性荨麻疹患者中的表达。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测慢性荨麻疹患者血浆中的D-二聚体、凝血酶原片段F1+2及凝血因子VIIa的水平。结果:慢性荨麻疹患者血浆中D-二聚体、凝血酶原片段F1+2及因子VIIa的水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:凝血机制可能参入慢性荨麻疹的发病。Objective： To detect the levels of plasma D- dimer, pmthrombin fragment 1 ＋ 2 and activated factor VII in the patients with chronic urticaria （CU）. Methods： The levels of plasma D- dimer, pmthrombin fragment 1 ＋ 2 and activated factor VⅡ were measured by ELISA method. Results： The levels of plasma D - dimer, prothrom- bin fragment 1 ＋ 2 and FVⅡa in CU were significantly higher than those in normal controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The activation of coagulation may be involved in the pathosenesis of CU.
