摘　　要：分析了庙沟铁矿成本管理中存在的问题。从加强材料消耗管理、加强工资管理、控制不合理支出、进行成本指标分解、加强成本监督、强化流动资产管理等方面阐述庙沟铁矿成本管理实践,并提出了改进措施。The problems existed in cost management work of Miaogou Iron Ore Mine are analyzed. The status of cost management work is explained in respects of enhancing consumables ~ salary management, controlling unreasonable expenditures, breaking down cost items, monitoring investment, and strengthening cash flow management. Measures for improvement are recommended
