摘　　要：:大学生是具备良好素质的高级专门人才 ,而日语专业的学生接受良好的素质教育尤为重要。因此 ,日语专业的学生应具备什么样的素质 ,是他们自己及日语专业教师都须关注、思考的问题和努力的方向。日语专业的学生走向社会后与日本人接触的机会很多 ,他们不仅代表单位 ,更代表国家 ,所以 2 1世纪日语专业学生应具有良好的思想道德素质和文化素质、扎实的专业知识和较强的实践能力。Graduates are special highlevel talents with excellent qualities,which are more important for university students specialized in Japanese.So what qualities they possess is an issue they themselves and their teachers should pay atfention to and ponder over and the direction they make for.There will be many opportunities for them to meet Japanese people,in which they are on behalf of their working units as well as their motherland ,which demands that university students specialized in Japanese in 21st century have good qualities of morales and culture,solid specialized knowledge and strong practising abilities,powerful physique and healthy psychology.
