摘  要:通过实验分析等方法,对酒钢J55钢薄板坯表面纵裂的形成机理进行了分析。结果表明,J55表面纵裂起因于结晶器弯月面初生坯壳厚度的不均匀性。控制钢水成分w(C)>0.185%、w(Mn)/w(S)≥55、过热度在25~30℃;保护渣碱度1.17~1.21、黏度0.08~0.10Pa.s、熔化温度1 070~1 090℃;热流密度在2.3~2.5MW/m2时,有利于减少J55钢薄板坯表面纵裂。Forming mechanism of longitudinal surface crack of hot rolled sheet J55 was studied by experimental analysis. The results showed that the longitudinal surface crack was caused by uneven thickness of slab initially formed and located at mould taper curved. Main factors that can effectively reduce the longitudinal surface crack are as follows. controlling w(C) 〉0. 185%,w(Mn)/w(S) ≥55, the superheat temperature in 25 -30 ℃, the mould powder basicity in 1.17-1.21, the viscidity in 0.08-0. 10 Pa.s, the melting temperature in 1 070 - 1 090 ℃, the heat flux density in the 2.3 - 2.5 MW/m2.
