摘　　要：近几年,由于纸张费用不断上涨导致了书刊价格上涨,这种情况给高校图书馆文献资源保障带来巨大压力。为满足学校教学科研日益增长的文献需求,高校图书馆积极寻求新的服务方式,探讨开展文献传递服务的新形式。介绍了华东师范大学图书馆的文献传递的业务流程,分析了该校图书馆文献传递服务的现状,阐述了文献传递的意义。In recent years, the continuously rising of paper cost led to a rise of the prices of books, which brings enormous pressure to the literature resources security of university library. In order to meet the growing literature demand in university＇s teaching and scientific research, university library is actively seeking new service mode and probes into the new pattern of carrying out document delivery services. This paper introduces the professional process of document delivery in the library of East China Normal University, analyzes the present situation of document delivery of the library of East China Normal University, and expounds the significance of document delivery.
