摘　　要：中国民用航空市场竞争日趋激烈小何加强科学管理，正确分析决策，提高经济效益成为企业兴衰的关键。本文结合中国西南航空重庆公司的实际情况，主要从收入结算、数据采集、成本管理、盈亏平衡分析、收益分析预测五方面阐述公司进行效益分析的具体方法，使现代信息技术与公司经营管理有机结合。The Civil Aviation market in China is more and more competitive. How to enhance the scientific management, analyse and make a decision comedy and improve the economic benefit benefit the sticking points to a enterprise. According to the feet of the China Southwest Chongqing Airlines, this thesis proposes the material methods to analyse the economic benefit for five aspects of income settlement, data collection, cost management, balancing of profit and loss, analysing and forecaSting of income. ms method associates the modern information technic with the enterprise management closely.
