摘　　要：通过一定比例的聚醚多元醇合成聚氨酯预聚体,采用330N、改性MOCA、BDO为交联剂制成双组分聚氨酯涂料。探讨了—NCO含量、多元醇物质的量比、交联剂配比、BDO含量对双组分聚氨酯涂料的影响,并分析了该涂料的刮涂性,所制得的双组分聚氨酯涂料性能优异,易于施工。Firstly polyurethane prepolymer is synthesized using polyether polyol of a certain proportion, then added 330N, modified MOCA and BDO as crosslinking agents into it, and the two-package PU coatings are prepared. This paper introduces the influence of--NCO content, polyol molar ratio, crosslinking agent ratio and BDO content on the PU coatings, and analyzes the scraping property, showing that the obtained PU coatings are of excellent performances and easy to be applied.
